Sorry to hear you're still having trouble with your knees, hope this newfound biking interest works in your favour. you won't be forgetting those ibuprofen again by the sound of it. By the way, I'm only going to be happy when your "Post ride food snaffled" section reads "A Mr Kipling Caramel Slice... or two".
